Brett Caldwell

Brett began his journey with Baylor’s Department of Physical Therapy in 2022 and is a proud father of a Baylor graduate. As a Program Manager, he works closely with Student Affairs and Clinical Education to support student needs and coordinate key administrative functions that contribute to a seamless program experience. Brett is passionate about guiding students through their Baylor experience and helping them transition successfully from academics into their professional careers. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Religious Education and remains active in ministry and nonprofit service across the country. Outside of work, Brett enjoys traveling, writing fiction, and spending time with his family.
