Neurologic Physical Therapy Residency
The 12-month Baylor Scott & White-Baylor University (BSWH-BU) Neurologic Residency prepares residents for advanced physical therapy practice addressing neurologic conditions across acute care, inpatient rehabilitation, and outpatient settings. Residents will also serve as adjunct faculty for the DPT program.
Orthopedic Physical Therapy Residency
Through the 12-month Baylor Scott & White-Baylor University Orthopedic Physical Therapy Residency, residents work across three different orthopedic practice settings while serving as adjunct faculty in Baylor's DPT program.
Pediatric Physical Therapy Residency
Baylor’s Department of Physical Therapy, in partnership with Hope and Believe Pediatric Therapy, hosts as 12-month residency that spans four different practice settings (acute care, outpatient, early childhood intervention, and school-based care). Residents also serve as adjunct faculty in Baylor’s DPT program while completing the ACT LEND program.
DPT to PhD Program
DPT graduates have the opportunity to pursue a PhD in Exercise and Nutrition Sciences to transition from clinical practice to research and teaching in physical therapy.
