Supporting Materials
All of the following materials must be submitted to PTCAS to complete the application process:
Official Transcripts: Applicants must arrange for PTCAS to receive an official transcript from each college and university attended. Students who have completed coursework outside of the United States will be required to submit a World Education Services (WES) report along with international transcripts to PTCAS.
NOTE: Prerequisite courses must be completed prior to enrolling in the Baylor DPT program, but may still be in progress when the application to the program is submitted. To be eligible to start in June 2027, all admissions requirements must be completed by June 20, 2027.
- Letters of Recommendation: Applicants must arrange for two letters of recommendation to be submitted electronically through PTCAS. Each evaluator providing a reference will be contacted using an email address provided in PTCAS by the applicant.
- Graduate Record Examination (GRE): Submission of GRE scores is optional. Applicants who believe their GRE scores add meaningful context to their academic record may choose to include them with their application. To be considered, Applicants must arrange for the Educational Testing Service (ETS) to send their official GRE scores to PTCAS using the Baylor DPT code 2219. - Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL): If English is not an applicant’s first (primary) language, official TOEFL scores must be submitted to the Baylor Graduate School using the Institution Code 6032. More information for this process can be found here.
