What is a Hybrid DPT Program Like?
Online Learning: The majority of coursework is done online, from the convenience of your home, through both synchronous and asynchronous sessions. Our innovative faculty design immersive sessions that develop understanding of concepts and theory in preparation for hands-on work in labs.
In-Person Lab Immersions: Twice a semester students visit Baylor Physical Therapy’s facilities in Temple and Waco, Texas to receive hands-on education and experience with our expert faculty.
Clinical Experience: Students engage in 31 weeks of full-time experience in a variety of physical therapy practice settings. Placements are arranged by our Student Support team to ensure broad exposure while also considering student preferences on locations and settings.

Baylor DPT Admission Requirements
- Complete a baccalaureate degree from a regionally accredited institution
- Submit two letters of recommendation and complete recommended observation hours
- Complete an admission interview
- Fulfill the technical standards for admission and complete an approved background check
